The annual dues for the Connecticut Section of the GMC entitles each member to:
- six issues of the CT GMC newsletter, The Trail Talk
- timely schedules of planned activities for the upcoming months
- four issues of the parent GMC newsletter, The Long Trail News
- a membership card good for discounts at the GMC store
- occasional discounts at certain sporting goods stores
- for new members, an official club patch
