**January**

Mon. 1 Jan. New Year's Day hike. Meet at 10:00 Hammonasett West Beach parking. If you would like to do a shorter distance there are several parking lots along the way. L. Carol A. Langley 860-877-4449 call or text.

Wed. Jan 3 - Meet at 10am Route 4 parking lot for R&T in Collinsville.  We will walk into town and return.  Bring ice stablizers as the trail can be icy near the Farmington River.  Approx 5 miles.  Leader: Carol Langley, 860-877-4449.  Call or text.

Sat. Jan 6 - Did I eat to many Christmas cookies hike up Mt Misery in Pachaug Forest.  3 mile hike planned with options to add loops for more miles if group desires.  Meet at Pachaug Youth area parking at 10am.  Level: Mod.  Leader: Mandy Brink 860-237-7426 or trekeragb56@gmail.com

Fri. 19 Jan. - Sun. 21 Jan. - GMC Bolton Lodge in Bolton Valley Vermont. Two nights, enclosed cabin with wood stove, bunks for 8-10 people. Hike/ski/snowshoe on Bolton Valley Nordic trails.
