Fri. Jan 1 - New Year Day Hike.  Meet at 10:00 am entrance to Rocky Neck State Park in Old Lyme.  Hike 5 miles of trails, lunch at Pavilion, walk out along the beach.  If inclement weather the hike will be held on Sat. Jan 2.  Leader: Carol A Langley at cosmical14@yahoo.com.  Level: easy

Fri. Jan 29 to Sun. Jan 31 - Winter Weekend in the Catskills. There will be several options for hiking including easier to harder hikes for different hiking levels.  Cost of the rental to be split between the participants for the weekend.  We will have breakfast and dinners together and lunches while hiking will be on your own. Sun. Feb 7 - Pre-Super Bowl 50 Hike. Water Dept and Case Mountain trails in Manchester & Glastonbury including part of Shenipsit Trail. Meet at parking area near 315 Mountain Road in Glastonbury at 9:30 am. Sat. Feb 13 - Sun. Feb 14 - Snowshoe Backpack Mt. Greylock MA. Probably start at Gould Road/Thiel Road in Adams. Overnight at either Pecks Brook Shelter or Mark Noepel Shelter. Sat. Mar. 5 - Hammonasset Beach State Park. 3-8 miles, depending on weather and group, with virtually no elevation gain. Meet 9:00 at nature center parking lot. Bring a swimsuit! Alina Badus, alina.badus@gmail.com. Level: Easy.

Fri. May 27-Mon. May 30:  Memorial Day Peakbagging in New Hampshire.  Options include Pemi Loop & Owl's Head, Crawford Notch, Osceolas and Carrigan and others (not all in this trip!).
