Sat: Oct 1 Sun: Oct 2 - Day hike the Nehantic Trail from Green Falls to Hopeville Pond State Park. Meet at Green Falls State Park at 9am. 13 miles with options to shorten hike if desired. Level: Easy. Leader Mandy Brink @sbcglobal.net

Fri-Sat Oct 7-8 - Backpack. Upper Goose Pond, MA AT. Hike into Upper Goose Pond to camp for the night. Stay at cabin or tent out back. Take a paddle in the canoe, take a dip, enjoy the quiet and peaceful setting. Hike out on Saturday. Approx. 9 miles total. Sarah O'Hare, seohare7@yahoo.com.
